We obtain initial input from you regarding specifications, site problems, budgetary concerns, historical perspective, service level desired, etc. This allows us to gain perspective on your requirements and expectations.
Secondly, our staff will visit your site to inventory its components and assess its current status.
Then, we develop a site-specific management plan/proposal, including recommendations for site improvements.
Finally, we will present you with a copy of the management plan/proposal. After we determine if you desire any changes, we implement the plan/proposal.
